I started doing yoga to help with arthritis. Not only has my arthritis benefited but my confidence has grown, my flexibility is great and I feel completely fulfilled after each class with Raj. I particularly enjoy her yang to yin class but they’re all good classes with lots of variety and I’ve seen myself gain strength. Raj is a fabulous teacher.
