Yoga Therapies and Beyond

Yoga is both an art and science.  A way of connecting you with yourself and your own healing powers through conscious awareness. 

Understanding your needs using a combination of yoga techniques from wonderful body movement, conscious breathwork, deep relaxation powerful visualisation, providing you with the tools to optimise your health. 

As a holistic therapy, yoga can be used to help manage and improve many conditions of the mind, body, heart and Spirit.


Here are a few examples:

  • Stress, anxiety and depression

  • PTSD and other more acute disorders of the mind

  • Autoimmune disorders including arthritis, joint pain, fibromyalgia

  • Fatigue including M.E.

  • Cancer

  • COPD and breathing difficulty

  • Sports injuries

Many people come to a yoga therapist with a physical condition and begin to realise that some of these conditions have arisen due to certain other mental stressors. 


In these very personal sessions with your coach/mentor, you get time to really understand yourself by talking to the therapist and it is often this work that allows you to make the change and live your life with purpose.
